Our group has technical equipment that we use as needed for your events to launch the event or test the viability of the concept in your space when the current facilities are not sufficient.

We will always consult with you in advance about the suitability of use, or we will arrange for the loan/rental of other suitable and necessary equipment.

It is forbidden to take photos and videos without the consent of the persons concerned.
Be aware that whenever a photo can be used to identify someone, the GDPR treats the image as personal data.

It's always best to have a photo consent form signed by both parties that outlines the terms of use, such as where the photo will be used, how long it will be used for, and if any compensation will be paid.
