Photo Policy

  • It is forbidden to take photos and videos without the consent of the persons concerned.
  • Be aware that whenever a photo can be used to identify someone, the GDPR treats the image as personal data.

It's always best to have a photo consent form signed by both parties that outlines the terms of use, such as where the photo will be used, how long it will be used for, and if any compensation will be paid.
